Daniel as licensee of the business takes a very active role in overseeing all aspects of the business, particularly the property management department. Our property management department is, and continues to grow at a fast rate as more and more landlords discover that there is an agent who provides a more personalised service and takes a pro-active approach to property management.

The location of our office is a major factor in our property management success. Being located right in town, amongst the banks and post office means we meet more potential tenants. This of course leads to more tenancy applications, more choice for landlords and a lower vacancy factor for your property.
